Founded in 2016, Chocolate and Me is an artisan bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Bangalore, India. Every chocolate we create begins with carefully selected Indian-origin cocoa beans sourced directly from sustainable farms, celebrating the rich terroir of Karnataka and the Malabar region. We oversee every stage of the chocolate-making journey—from sourcing, roasting, cracking, stone grinding, refining, conching, tempering, and molding—to preserve the authentic flavour of cocoa and deliver exceptional quality.
Our collection includes single-origin dark chocolates, handcrafted inclusions, fruit and nut bars, sugar-free chocolates, drinking chocolate, gifting collections, and bespoke creations for retail and corporate clients. We combine traditional chocolate-making techniques with modern craftsmanship to produce chocolates that are clean-label, rich in cocoa butter, and made without compromise.
