MODELLO is a women owned, small-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Bangalore. We
make chocolates starting from ethically sourced cocoa beans and process them into chocolate bars
with the highest quality ingredients.

Our bean to bar journey begins with sourcing high quality cocoa beans from in Karnataka. We work
in close collaboration with the farmers to achieve the perfect amount of fermentation in Cocoa
before it is dried.

We believe that true chocolate artistry begins at the source. We meticulously oversee every step of
the process, from carefully selecting the finest cocoa beans directly from the farms, to roasting,
grinding, and tempering them in our own facility.

At MODELLO, we offer Single Origin Chocolate Bars, Inclusion Bars, Milk Chocolate Bars, Bean to
Bonbons with unique flavorings, Curated Hampers, Mexican Drinking Chocolates, Truffles, Cocoa
nibs, Cocoa Powder and Baking/Coverture range. We also offer customisation of Bars and Bonbons to
suit you needs.
