Chef Anil Rohira is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef, chocolate expert, and educator, with over 35 years of experience in some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens and ateliers. As the former Corporate Pastry Chef for Felchlin, Switzerland, for over 15 years, Anil has collaborated with globally renowned chocolatiers and pâtissiers, earning immense respect for his technical mastery and creative finesse.
As Co-Founder and Director of the School for European Pastry & Culinary Arts in Mumbai and Gurugram, he has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s pastry education landscape, bringing authentic European techniques, precision, and artistry to the next generation of chefs. His contributions to pastry education, product innovation, and mentorship have made him a revered figure in the global culinary community.
At Salon Du Chocolat India, Chef Anil will lead the Chef segment of the iconic Chocolate Fashion Show, infusing it with his signature precision, creativity, and passion for chocolate craftsmanship. His vision and expertise promise to elevate the show into a dazzling confluence of culinary artistry and haute couture.

Farzana Gandhi is a versatile professional with over two decades of leadership experience across project management, commercial negotiations, and brand communications in the hospitality and B2B exhibitions sectors. She has successfully led large-scale, high-impact projects across India and international markets, blending strategic insight with strong operational and relationship management acumen. An Arts graduate with a diploma in Advertising and Public Relations, Farzana has collaborated with leading global brands and industry associations to drive culinary and hospitality initiatives, professional chef competitions, and conferences, most notably with the Western India Culinary Association and several other prestigious organisations.
At Salon Du Chocolat India, Farzana will lead the iconic Chocolate Fashion Show, bringing her creative flair and extensive industry experience to curate a spectacular celebration of design, craftsmanship, and chocolate artistry.
